Pick-up and return in Alicante
A step-by-step guide so you set off without queueing and hand the car back smoothly.
On arrival
- We meet you in the arrivals hall; you will recognise us by the Gloria Cars logo.
- We check the car together and note the fuel level and mileage.
- No desk and no queue: after the check you drive off straight away.
During your stay
- WhatsApp and phone stay open for questions or to extend your rental.
- The all-in insurance remains valid in the region under the rental terms.
- Top up the tank to the same level as when you received the car.
Returning the car
- We agree a time and place (often the departures hall) so you can check in without a detour.
- We walk around the car together for a short check; damage is insured within the all-in package.
- No deposit to settle: if the car and the fuel are in order, you are done.
- Leave your arrival and departure times when booking and we will plan the handover tightly around your flight.
