Can anyone with a driving licence rent a car from Gloria Cars?
Drivers of our cars must be between 25 and 70 years old. Are you under 25? That's possible in exceptional cases, but please contact us personally first: we will arrange additional insurance.
What if my flight is delayed?
You gave us your flight number when booking. We check arrival times and allow for any delays. If your flight is already delayed before you even leave, feel free to always let us know.
Are there extra costs on top of the daily rate?
Normally not: the daily rate includes both the rental and the insurance. Extra costs only apply if you add extras when renting, such as night pick-up or drop-off, a child seat, or a 3rd driver.
Do I have to pay an additional deposit?
No, you only pay the daily rate.
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes, there is a maximum of 250 km per day. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time at Alicante airport.
What if something goes wrong with the car?
Just call us. We are reachable 24/7 and we know the region, so we can help you quickly.
What if there are 2 different drivers?
Simply pass on the details and driving licences of both drivers.
Does the car need a full tank when I return it?
YES. Fill up the tank at the last petrol station before the airport, and leave that receipt in the car when you return it.
Are all cars automatic?
No, we also have manual rental vehicles. Do keep this in mind when booking.
What details do I need to provide when booking?
Your personal details (email, address, date of birth, national register or ID number, driving licence, phone number), the date and time of pick-up and return, your arrival flight details and your address in Spain.
Do I have to pay immediately when I fill in the booking form?
You first receive a quote and the payment terms from us. If you agree, you return the signed quote and arrange payment. Once we have both the signed quote and the payment, your booking is fully confirmed.
Are we allowed to drive the car outside Spain?
Yes, that's allowed, provided you contact us personally beforehand so we can agree on it together.
